Rides and Events

Check this page often for updated listings of all types of cycling events in and around our area. Rides require, at minimum, an appropriate bike in good working order, water, and a helmet. We suggest a spare tube, energy food, maybe a little cash in case we stop, and your biggest smile! Many rides are held subject to weather. It's a good idea to confirm dates, time and any specific requirements, too. We'll see you out there — and have fun!

Meet at Scott's Cycle and Sports Hermiston for a group road ride. Led by Scott Cimmiyotti, Cody Vorhees, Steve Cimmiyotti and the guys at the Hermiston shop. This is a long running group ride that cycles the country roads between Hermiston and Echo. A veriety of courses are used distances range from 20-35 miles. All abilities welcome ride up front with the fast guys or stay back with Scott and ride with the fun guys.

Dirty Dozen Cycling Classic

This is the 4th annual Dirty Dozen Road Cycling Classic. It is a road cycling event featuring a "dozen" of the best climbs the Tri-Cities offers. There will be 4 distance options: 20 miles, 45 miles, 75 miles and introducing the Century (100 miles)! This is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself whatever level you are at. This will be a fully supported event with aid stations along the way. Food will be provided at the end along with medals, prizes, swag bags and lots of goodies!
